Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMA number.

Pre-made Vinyl Banners are refundable, and should be reported to Value Sign either by phone @ 1-586-219-6040 or by e-mail to Contact@ValueSign.org within 24 hours from receiving package.Full amount of pre-made vinyl banners (except shipping & handling costs) will be refunded within 2-3 days after receiving back items returned and will be credited to the credit card used to make payment for the purchase.

2. Custom Made Vinyl Banners are non refundable.Custom vinyl banners will be produced after confirmation of buyer to the design made and e-mailed to the e-mail address that buyer provided when order was placed.

3. Custom Made Magnetic Signs are non refundable.Custom magnetic signs will be produced after confirmation of buyer to the design made and e-mailed to the e-mail address that buyer provided when order was placed.
